Being trained in Unwinding and MFR release with John Barnes, and how to offer online sessions, a session will be lead using vibrational music, connected breathe, and assistance with unwinding, as well emotional release in a safe space. This session will provide heightened awareness, physical releases, and soul retrieval. Our Bodies carry our Stories from the past, no matter how much we talking about them, the body must beable to process stored unprocessed emotions.
