Bio dynamic Breath combine deep connected breath with movemnt, sound and touch to release tensions in the body. We will begin the evening with a scared circle, guided movement, followed with some dancing. 

After the warm up, and opening, Megan guides you through a evening of deep connected breathing, combined with movement, release, and expression. I am excited to offer this work in a small intimate group at the hummingbird house in Sydenham Ont.
