About the event
This class will be 8 sessions long. Each evening we will begin with a guided Meditation, a hour long dive into the chakra of the evening. Using Dance, self exploration and mandala art workwork to complete the experience. The most Transformational Chakradance class available. safe sacred space will be held by myself guiding gently through the deepest parts of self.
