This will be a Shamanic journey into the other worlds. Using vibrational sound, spontaneous dance and the loving presence of Mother Erath, you will be guided into your unconscious journing to dance with your anstestors of this earth, gaia, and finally to recieve and embody a power animal just waiting to express more fully in your life. 

This is based on Megans  expereince as a certified  Chakradance faciltator, Breathwork,  ecstatic dance and shamanic training. 

We will begin with a Root connecting sound bowl journey to purifiy and cleanse.

A opening circle to connect with each other and have a explanation of how this process will go.

Then Connecting to our Mother Earth and our own roots, dancing and moving within the heart of Mother earth.

Then we will take a break.

We will return to recieve a guided meditation to find our power animal and bring it back with us to to merge and dance with it.

we will conclude with a grounding sound bath. 

this is a expereince, there will be smells, live music, drumming, dancing and breathing.

A open heart mind and soul is needed to expereince the great benifits this has to offer you.
