About the event
A 3-hour journey diving deep into a powerful therapeutic process. We invite the spirit of cacao to join us on a journey into the depths of our Breath, Body, and Soul. With heartfelt prayers and intentions, we open a sacred space for you to activate your inner healer.
We will then dance with moving meditation, connecting to ourselves and all the group. then Activating our energy through bioenergetic exercises, smoothly transitioning into the deeper process. Let's shine our truths, our emotions, our vulnerability, life force, and any expression is welcome.
