It offers a oppurtunity to expereince body mind and spirit in a safe place to express and feel.

There are no steps and no expectations of the way you move, and expereince the music.

We begin with a Purification process to allow the energies of our day outside the temple space.

A circle if offered to share our names and get to know the group a bit better.
