TRansformational Journey to Self. A Deep connected Breathing session, involving, Movement, Emotional expression, Authenticity, and vulnerability. Guided through our own unique essence expect the unexpected. Sounds, smells, repressed emotions held within will be given the opportunity to release, be witnessed felt, and then fully excepted.  This journey will be an introduction to a larger journey being offered. We will begin with Dance, then opening our ceremonial space, following with a heart breath to connect with our intentions, non-stagnant Deep connected breathing with guidance to deeper levels and layers held within our tensions through movement, and emotional expression, followed by a  calibration meditation at the end. Involved in ceremonial space, Vocal Channelling, sound healing through bowls, chimes, and specific Music. Also, physical bodywork, guided to help in the release of stored expression. This is for awakened, enlightening individuals, looking to gain greater awareness of Self.
