A chance to Sparkle that beautiful light inside and show it to the world! Ecstatic dance is a fantastic way to connect to your innerself, your inner fire and disires. Free Movement to wild music, providing a safe space to connect with high vibe music and a community of like minded people. Ecstatic dancing is a sure way to open the lungs, and feel the life force energy bringing you to states of extatic joy and opeace. Biodynamic breathwork is a release system, to move energy, to allow permission to move, shake, scream and FEEL! Megan will guide a 30 min group event follwing the estatic dance.
