Biodynamic Breathwork is journey into the unconscious holding patterns of the body.

We use Movement, sound, emotional expression, music, meditation, full connected breathing, and touch to explore where we have been afraid to explore before.

This journey will begin with a Cacao ceremony introducing The Medicine of cacao into our bodies and heart. 

We will also invite movement and dance to warm our lungs and heart up to the others we will be breathing with.

A hour exploration with breath and music guided by Megan into the unconcious holding patterns in the heart body.

We complete this session with a Beautiful heart cyrstal bowl healing journey.

Expect a 2 hr to 3 hr expereince. depending on participates. Accual breathing is one hour.
