The mind body connection to be in the state of oneness we seek, peace harmony and truths lye deep within.

Ecstatic dance is a dance practice for the soul.

Its a oppurtunity to express move and feel in a safe place. 

Its a sole dance where your become the creator and observer.

Everyone is welcome wheather you have danced before or not, this is a spirtual practice to elevate and release the fears holding you back.

And if you have danced prior this is a oppurtunity to dive deeper into your body, to surrender and express deeply.

We begin with a smudging process to release our outside energies.

Then a opening circle to create connection and resonance.

Megan will guide a cacao ceremony, inviting the wisdom of the medicine Momma Caco wishes to share within us. 

This dance is about finding inner peace to allow and surrender ourselves fully to the creator. 

We will conclude this with a soul helaing journey crystal bowls, and energtic work to bring high vibrational frequencies within.
