Traditional Medicine Ways in Nature
with Tim Yearington, Algonquin-Metis Healer.
This full weekend workshop will offer connect to world of knowledge that will be regained on this algonquin land, with earth, sky, water, fire. This will be a introdutional weekedn to traditional ways of being.
Below is a brief schedule of the teachings, aswell there will be meals cooked onsite included in the price.
Friday Sept 25 = 4 pm Arrivals, evening fireside introductions and talking.
Saturday Sept 26th Morning and Afternoon = Medicine Wheel Teachings and your Four Directions.
Saturday Sept 26th Evening and Night = Talking Circle, Teachings and Tales by the Fire.
Sunday Sept 27th = Morning, Talking Circle to debrief, share your experiences. Intro to sweats and vision quests.
Workshop will end in the morning with lunch and time to enjoy prior to a 4 pm finishing time.
This workshop is being held At The Indigo retreats with our onsite elder Tim Yearlington.
About Tim: Tim Yearington is an Algonquin-Metis traditional storyteller, teacher, guide and healer. He is the author of two books: 1) That Native Thing - Exploring the Medicine Wheel and 2) Quest for the Thunderbird Nest - Returning to Algonquin Spirituality. Tim helps to empower people through his traditional teachings, sweat lodge ceremonies and personal vision quests.

This ticket involves Friday evening Sat, and Sun event. 6 meals. Accommodations, are booked separately. Please email me.hill@hotmail.com or through megans website. Either, a room, or a camping space is available for limited amounts of people. Or you can stay elsewhere and join.
